skinnyCorp's coffee machine is broken

Today is a sad day. Having just arrived back from a long vacation, the last thing I wanted to hear when I got back to work is that the coffee machine is broken. I am at a complete loss of what to do.

Even though there is a 7-11 just right next door, it took me a good hour before I gave in to the machine being broken, stopped trying to fix it and just went and bought some damn coffee.

We have one of those Keurig machines that you can't buy in stores so now I have to order a new one and wait for it to arrive. What a bummer. I am so sad.

Today I was smart. I brewed some coffee up at home and filled up a nice big to go mug to last me the day. I hope I remember to do that again tommorrow.

skinnyCorp is a small, quirky company out of Chicago responsible for such fun websites as Threadless, 15 Megs of Fame, Extratasty, Naked & Angry, Yay Hooray, etc...

This is the kind of hard-hitting local reporting I like to see! I, too am sad. All my coffee at home is stale, and the only coffee we have at work is decaf, and I'm running out of dollar-bills to pay Starbucks. How long must Americans survive in a coffee-free society?

You should feel luck! A little over a year ago technicians under heavy guard riped out all of out Koffee King machines. Since then the only coffee to be had now has to be purchased from our Aramark overlords, and it isn't good! We don't even have a starbucks or 7-11 within walking distance. At least you will get a new machine. Next time you are enjoying your own brew, please think of the have nots!
